Born in the Pyrenees. Established in 2017.

The RunRocker movement was born in the Pyrenees, just before a big race — though the philosophy behind it goes back much further. We're not a group, a club or a team. We're a tribe of endurance-sport addicts who show up, day after day, to push themselves through training and get out there doing what we love most: giving everything we've got, moving freely and enjoying life through sport.

Train Smart, Run Hard, Have Fun.

Train with intelligence, not just volume. Push yourself to the limit when it counts. And above all, keep running a pleasure — never an obligation. That's the methodology and philosophy behind everything we publish, train and share at RunRocker.

Our origin

RunRocker was founded in 2014 by a mountain runner with more than 60 podiums in ultra-distance races, to share his transition from road to mountain and help other runners reach their full potential. Today RunRocker is the community that's grown out of that idea — we keep training, racing and creating content, because RunRocker belongs to everyone who's part of the tribe.
